Removal of the transmission/motor assembly, put a 13 km wrench on the motor shaft nut, and turn it clockwise until the short arms of the transmission parallel of ram For easy removal of the motor/transmission, use a 13 mm wrench on the nut on the motor shaft and turn clockwise until the short arms of the transmission parallelogram are parallel to the midline of the car. Slips right out

I have an 06 grand Cherokee and my blower motor has different screw pattern and more and the plug is in a completely different location than this. Don't know why.

@2:03 Where longer bolts go and where shorter ones? I removed the Steering Pump with the Bracket for one project and forgot to mark where would be shorter and where longer bolts.

Excellent video. You showed us what to look for as the job progressed and how to address it. Other videos I've watched don't go into the detail you do on this repair. Kudos to on your attention to detail.

Do you need to loosen the bolts on the frame to release pressure or smth on the DS after you replaced the DS Dog Bone Mount? In another film for the Dog Bone Mount on the PS it was done, but in this film (on the DS) - not. Thank you for the great film.

generally if you have that kind of resistance the blower motor is working harder than it needs to be and is simply wearing out. When my blower locked up one day it took out the resistor pack with it

Codes I have for my 2009 Chevy Impala LT 3.5 already changed the gas cap already changed the front solenoid purge valve in the engine and these are the codes tha t I'm still getting PO442 PO451 PO454 PO464 N P162B n A C0040 which is the speed sensor the ABS traction control and stability light comes on so already ordered a front passenger hub bearing hub bearing new rotors new brakes already checked the wiring harnesses they're good but as for the EVAP codes I have no idea that's the only thing I did not change yet it is June 8th 2024 and I just bought this traded it in because I had very low mileage for 15 years old 90,000 MI the engine runs fine no misfires just when I make left hand turns no check engine light comes on but the ABS and traction control light comes on so hopefully the hub bearing will fix that but the performance is good it doesn't stall out I'm wondering why I'm getting false codes like I said I already put a new gas cap on their and the engine purge valve so I'll try and put what you just did

Man, you replace that mount and it's like you're driving a brand new car! Avoid the "frowny" mount as they are garbage.

I would only do this if i needed to service other things that were only accessible thru the pax side wheel well. Oil change is so easy on these cars, takes about 20 minutes.
